Well, in case you all are wondering, I'm 17 years old, from Indiana, USA. I love Star Wars, and most other sci-fi. I like Star Trek, X-Files, and Highlander as well. I also love to watch comedy movies and read parodies of my fav movie, Star Wars. I live on a farm, and I love it. We have cows and chickens and stuff like that. I am a big animal lover; I have 5 dogs and 4 cats. I love the outdoors, and I love to go camping and hiking. I especially like horse-back riding and walking under the stars on a warm summer night, either talking to my best friend, Kara, or just walking by myself. I think time alone realy helps you work out problems, and work on "internal reflections." I am an 8-year member in 4-H, and a 3-year member in FFA. When I graduate in 2000, I want to go to Pudue in West Lafayette, IN and major in Agriculture Education. I want to minor in Spanish Communication currently, but that could change. And, because I'm quite proud of it, I scored a 1080 on my SAT's last month! The reason I'm so proud of it is because it was my first time taking it. I think that for a relationship to work, those involved have to be completely honest to each other. I also believe that looks are not very important, and that they only give the first impression. I have been hurt before in love, but that doesn't keep me from trying! Well, I'm not very good with computers, so you might be bored by my dull web page, or not, it depends on your taste! 6-12-99 Okay, any of you checking this lately may have noticed that I didn't keep up with this weekly thing. Sorry. Anyway, I am out of school for the summer. I'm already bored, but it's ok, cause I graduate next year!! I'm a senior finally. I went to the Strawberry Festival in Crawfordsville today. My cousin Lance and his band Metamorra performed, and they were awesome!! Guys (and gal!!), keep up the great work, because you're great! I'm gonna put a link to your homepage down there, too. Adam, thanks for reminding me about my page, 'cause I forgot!! I have now seen Star Wars 3 times, and my goal is 15 times while it's in the theatres...can't wait! I don't like watching basketball, but it is great to play. The Current Events thing has come about lately because I am really interested in the shooting at Colorado. I think that this is one of the most trajic things to happen within my lifetime, the exception being the Oklahoma City Bombing. I'm not very good at socialising since I'm pretty shy at first with most people, though when I'm with my friends, I'm always trying to make them laugh. I LOVE to read. I read all the time. I think my favorite book is "What Dreams May Come" which I finished reading a couple of weeks ago. It was amazing, and I realy suggest that you read it! I like classical music because it is so relaxing, and I also like the instrumental pieces from movie soundtracks (the City of Angels Soundtrack is a good example) Yes, I do like country music, but only some of it. Garth Brooks is awesome. Believe it or not, but I think the best cartoons in the world were (and still are) Scooby Doo, The Smurfs, and the original Ghostbusters! Cartoons now aren't as cool as ours were. I think I fit in more with the boys, because I'm strong compared to most girls. Okay, let me put it this way: I can put my best guy friend on the groundwithout too much effort! But I am a romantic at heart. I love just walking in the woods, either by myself or with friends. But if I'm with someone that I love, then walking in silence, just thinking, is really sweet. I want a guy that will make me feel better when I'm sad, but not afraid to show his soft side. He doesn't have to be macho, but he has to love animals and the outdoors like I do! And, of course, he has to like nachos and cheese as much as I do. If he likes them with BBQ on them, that's a plus! I hope to hear from anyone out there who likes Star Wars like I do and wants a pen-pal! Let me know, people!! |
